This notice explains the data practices of creataai.com and the current Creata AI iPhone app. It separates today’s cloud-backed features from our local- and edge-first product direction.

The short version. The website uses analytics to understand visits and App Store clicks. Some app features require a network connection to process a request. Local and edge inference are a future direction, not a claim about every feature available today.

This notice covers the Creata AI website and the Creata AI Art & Chat app distributed by Creata AI LLC. Third-party websites, the App Store, and products linked from this site have their own privacy terms.

Website information

Site analyticscreataai.com uses Google Analytics to measure page visits and marketing actions such as App Store clicks. Google may process browser, device, page-view, and interaction information under its own terms and controls.
Hosting and security logsThe website is hosted on Netlify. Hosting infrastructure may create standard request and security logs needed to operate and protect the service.
Links and downloadsWhen you follow a link to the App Store or another website, that service’s privacy policy applies. We do not control their data practices.

App information

The current App Store privacy label for Creata AI Art & Chat states “Data Not Collected.” That label is the developer’s current App Store disclosure and is available on the App Store product page.

Some creative and chat features require network connectivity. When you use a cloud-backed feature, the prompt, image, or other input needed for that request can be transmitted to Creata AI services and processing providers so the request can be completed. The exact processing path depends on the feature you choose.

Before adding new local or edge inference capabilities, Creata AI will publish a feature-level explanation of whether the feature runs on device, uses cloud processing, or offers a choice between the two.

Our privacy direction

We are building toward more local and edge processing so creative work can stay closer to the device where it began. Until a capability ships, we will not describe it as available. When it does ship, we will identify the processing location and the controls available to you.

Your choices and questions
